1. होटल की कमाई और खर्च | Income & Expenses
Hotel की पिछले 2–3 साल की income, expenses और profit की जांच करें। केवल owner की बताई हुई income पर भरोसा न करें।
Check the hotel’s income, expenses and actual profit for the last 2–3 years, wherever records are available.
2. होटल की Occupancy | Room Occupancy
